Each year on Christmas Eve, Dave and I give the kids Christmas pajamas. I love to see the kids wearing their festive gear and getting excited for Christmas day.
Dawson got Elf on the Shelf pajamas with an Avengers Santa hat.
Hazel got pink pajamas with Santas and a Minnie Mouse Santa hat.
Mom with her cute Christmas pajama kids.
We spent Christmas Eve telling the nativity story and playing around the house. Hazel was showing off her stair climbing and assisted walking skills too!
After Hazel went to bed, Dawson set out cookies and milk for Santa.
Santa came that night and spoiled his Dawson boy and Hazel girl.

When the kids woke up, we headed downstairs for Christmas morning fun.
Hazel found her toys from Santa!
Dawson found his toys from Santa too!
The kids played for awhile with their toys from Santa before opening presents under the tree.
Then we opened presents from family.
My mom made Dawson and Hazel a quiet book for church.
All the trash...
We were even lucky enough to get a white Christmas and enjoy the falling snow.
We also got to Skype with Jeremy who is on his mission and the whole family!
Christmas fell on a Sunday this year so after all of the morning excitement we got ready for church and enjoyed a lovely Christmas program. Dawson was ready to go with his new quiet book. Dave was ready to go with his new Blazers tie.
After church we opened up more toys. Dave and Dawson built his Lego train track from Santa.
We spent the rest of the day enjoying treats, toys, movies, and the company of our sweet little family.
